Vastum's Pilot Modular conveyor range covers three belt widths – 600mm, 750mm and 1050mm – in lengths from 4m up to 26m, so the right unit can be matched to throughput and site layout rather than fitting the site around one fixed size. All are wheel-mounted for easy repositioning (with an optional base-plate setup), fully guarded, and supplied ready to run. Throughput ranges from around 200tph on the compact MC600 up to 800tph on the MC1050, handling coal, aggregates, sand, construction and demolition waste, mine ore, crushed rock and river gravel. Every conveyor integrates with other Pilot Modular equipment or works as a stand-alone unit feeding an existing transfer point within a crushing and screening plant.
