What crushing equipment does Vastum supply for quarry operations?
Vastum supplies horizontal shaft impact (HSI) crushers, vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushers, screening plants, feeders and complete modular crushing plants for quarry and aggregate operations.
What is the difference between an HSI and VSI crusher?
HSI crushers are ideal for secondary crushing applications and deliver excellent reduction ratios, while VSI crushers are commonly used for tertiary crushing and producing high-quality cubical aggregates and manufactured sand.
Can your VSI crushers produce manufactured sand?
Yes. Our VSI crushers are specifically designed for producing premium manufactured sand and shaping aggregates for concrete and asphalt applications.
What throughput capacities are available for your VSI crushers?
Depending on the model and material being processed, our VSI crushers are capable of processing between approximately 8 TPH and 450 TPH.
