How long are equipment lead times?
Lead times vary depending on the manufacturer and level of customisation. For example, our modular range from Pilot Crushtec in South Africa are typically available in the warehouse and it would take 4-6 weeks for shipping.
What warranties are provided?
All equipment is supplied with manufacturer warranties and supported by Vastum’s technical team. Typically 12 months from delivery or 2000 hrs.
Can Vastum assist with feasibility studies?
Yes. We can assist with feasibility studies, process flow diagrams, concept designs and budget cost estimates for new facilities.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We provide genuine spare parts and technical support for all equipment supplied by Vastum.
