Description:
The MJ100 (DynamiTrac J100S) is a mobile tracked jaw crusher that crushes and screens final product with one compact machine, suited to recycling, demolition, small-scale mining, construction and quarrying applications.
Powered by an on-board diesel-electric generator or alternative grid plug-in supply, it crushes rock, concrete and brick up to 400mm feed size at 40-100 tonnes per hour, and is equipped with a hanging double deck screen to produce a final end product in one pass. A vibrating grizzly feeder stockpiles natural fines before they enter the crusher.
Fully electric controls make the unit easy to track, set up and operate, with an on-board magnet for ferrous metal removal and integrated planetary track drives with fail-safe internal braking.
